Hello everybody!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you!
We wish you a very successful coming 2006 year, prosperity and happiness in your families.
We are very happy that we had a chance to see most of you, our dear friends, in Calgary this summer. Everything was so well organized and cooperated – just unbelievable! All the Russians who came to see you in Canada asked me to say big THANKS for a beautiful time we spent in Calgary, Kelowna, Victoria and Vancouver!
Our special thanks to Dennis and Ruby Knudtson, Jim and Jack Guthrie, Martin and Joan Smith, Dave Harris, Gail Baillie, Tom and Gail Oliver, Evegeny Zhuromsky, Karen Torstensen, Vern Moulton, Henry VanStaden, Bob Morrison, Verna Perry, Liena and Grant Huszti, John Kroshus and Mike Walsh!
All the group also says THANKS to Eugeni Leskin who paid for us the bus trip in Canada!
Now we look forward to have a big meeting in Russia in 2007! We want this dream of many of us come true.
As for our life in Usinsk, we got some changes in the company (SeverTEK, where many former KAO people work). The Western partner sold its shares to Lukoil (again!) at the end of November. So, there will be redundancy of the office personnel in the nearest future.
Alexander has quit SeverTEK and again he works for his own Private Security Services company. He signed the agreement with a big oil company in Usinsk “Severnaya neft”. They have 3.5 thousand of personnel, and they need 150 security guys. So, Alexander has lots of work to do.
I still work for SeverTEK as EBRD needs GAAP reporting till June 2006. So, we must have Final 2005 audit and give the reporting to the bank. I don’t know yet what will I in June, but I will see then.
Now my working shift finishes today and on Sunday, December 18, I go to Syktyvkar. I will be busy with decorating the house and the New Year tree, looking for the gifts and doing lots of other important things! Alexander is coming to Syktyvkar on December 29.
We will have the party at our place and my sister and our daughter will come to us with their families.
Our best regards to all of you!
Love,
Alexander and Olga Izyurov
